This is the first of the 5 exercises.

The purpose of this exercise is to make the energy centers running. Kids do this all the time. But most of us big kids don't move much around like that anymore ...

Standing up, arms out from the body (se photo)

Start turning around yourself, from left towards right. Starting slowly, don't get dizzy!

Keep rotating around yourself. Stop when you feel it's enough - and certainly before you feel dizzy or uncomfortable.

This is exercise 1. Rest of the exercises are a bit more challenging ...
